3. Ordering Process

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. When you confirm an order on WhatsApp, it constitutes a binding agreement to purchase the specified products at the agreed price. We will confirm your order, share payment details, and provide an estimated delivery timeline.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines: 3–7 business days for metro cities, 5–10 business days for other areas.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Wrong Product: If you receive a wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
• Size Issues: Size exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Non-returnable: Products that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
